Customer service success story

My first thought when reading this (there’s an update): At least he got a response from customer service!

The customer service CEO trying to schmooze the cartoonist towards the end of the email exchange there illustrates the source of the problem: the little people don’t get to be treated decently, they just get to cough up their money and hope they get their junk.
