Three weeks prison for writing

The story focuses on how this guy was arrested for marking up a sidewalk with chalk, instead of the fact that he as writing “All I want for Christmas is a revolution. OCCUPY” in a public space. Since little kids who play hopscotch aren’t doing that kind of time, the content of the speech was probably what did him in.
